Oral Presentation Guideline

1. After the registration, presenters need to submit their PowerPoint slides to staff members (who stay beside the registration desk) for the upload.
2. The Power Point slides should be in the Office 365 format or compatible. Fonts used in the slides should be properly embedded to ensure correctness and smooth presentation.
3. The presentation time is limited to 10 minutes. Another 5 minutes is reserved for Q&A.
4. Every presenter will receive a certificate from the chairman at the end of each session. Thus, all presenters are asked to stay in the conference room until the session is over.

Posters Presentation Guideline

Creating posters and presentations (when being notified of the result of the selection process)

1. Posters should be in the vertical format and should be no larger than 60 cm x 90 cm (width x height) and published a poster (1 story per sheet). Download template
2. The poster template can be downloaded from the paper submission page on this website.
3. The poster needs to display by May 21, 2024, from 3:00m. to 6:00 p.m.
4. The posters will be display on May 22 and 23, 2024
5. Presenters are required to stand with and present their posters during their scheduled session. All posters will be evaluated by a committee. The award winners will be awarded before the closing ceremony of the Academic Conference on May 23, 2024
6. Presenters are responsible for the installation and removal of their posters. On 23 May 2024 from 16.00 onwards.
